We are looking for a sales professional with good knowledge of account & channel management to actively participate in the partner channel development activities of our client – a global telecommunications company based in Monterey, Mexico.

Job Scope

  • As an Inside Channel Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through business partner (channel) campaigns in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Your duties will include but may not be limited to:
  • Manage Tier 2 Partners to increase their incremental revenue
  • Profile all assigned accounts to generate a scoring to determine frequency of contact
  • Cold-calling and identifying decision makers to begin sales process
  • Promoting the Partner Program by recruiting and training sales partners and coordinating partner activities for the region
  • Review all new BP applications
  • Follow a specific program to onboard new Partners and ramp them to revenue quickly.
  • Engage with the 5 Key Contacts per account to win trust and mindshare at the Partner.
  • Meet Face to Face the most active partners.
  • Participate and coordinate on the organization of Partner Events
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database
  • Participate in the revenue review process onIdentify and profile new qualified opportunities a regular basis to assess achievement of sales targets and support strategy development
  • Provide on-going activity overview on program deliverables and contacted Partners
  • Support the marketing efforts by setting up and delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations and participating in trade shows, exhibitions and other events
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing partners via telephone and e-mail & face to face
  • Handling inbound Partner calls and support them in their requests
  • Overcome objections of prospective partners
  • Emphasize on product/service features and benefits

  • Positive and proactive attitude, have the capacity and desire to learn in a very dynamic international sales environment
  • Quick learner and team player, able to set goals and achieve them

Required Skill

  • Minimum a BA or an equivalent higher education diploma
  • Languages: Spanish native level (with strong grammatical knowledge; English – fluent; Software: Good knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce.com), good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a similar position
  • Understanding of the Inside sales process and customer experience is required
  • A technical background within the telecommunications sector would be considered as an advantage
